As the principal of Nolan, Ashley Aldridge Wilson leads with joy and wants every child to fall in love with learning! She is in her fourteenth year as an administrator and previously served as an instructional coach and taught PreK, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades. Dr. Wilson is a National Board Certified Teacher and a National Certified Principal Mentor.  In 2020, she was awarded National Distinguished Principal for the state of Tennessee by the National Association of Elementary School Principals and the Tennessee Principals Association. Dr. Wilson is married to Ray and has three sons: Adam, Jack and Webb. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, playing cards, fishing, and going to the beach any chance she gets!

Dr. Frady is relocating to the Chattanooga area from Southern California where she has been an administrator for the past seven years.  She has a passion for empowering learners using the lens of art and science.  She was awarded the Teach Rock Trailblazer Award in 2020 by the Rock and Roll Forever Foundation.  Dr. Frady and her family are excited to join the Signal Mountain community.  Their family loves traveling, exploring new places, geology, art, and the outdoors.  The Fradys have two daughters. Emalee, who just graduated from college and Natalie who will be attending SMMHS.
