As the principal of Nolan, Ashley Aldridge Wilson leads with joy and wants every child to fall in love with learning! She is in her fourteenth year as an administrator and previously served as an instructional coach and taught PreK, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades. Dr. Wilson is a National Board Certified Teacher and a National Certified Principal Mentor. In 2020, she was awarded National Distinguished Principal for the state of Tennessee by the National Association of Elementary School Principals and the Tennessee Principals Association. Dr. Wilson is married to Ray and has three sons: Adam, Jack and Webb. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, playing cards, fishing, and going to the beach any chance she gets!

Lindie Roden

Lindie Roden is honored to serve Nolan's students, parents and staff as their assistant principal. She has over twenty years of experience in education, teaching grades K-6, and supporting teachers as a museum liaison and instructional coach. Mrs. Roden's children, Gordon, Oliver, and Isabella, are all graduates of SMMHS. She is proud to be able to continue her educational career by serving the Signal Mountain Community. Mrs. Roden enjoys almost any outdoor activity, especially spending time with her family, boating, paddle boarding, and hiking.

Kayla B. Pesce

Kayla Pesce is excited to join Nolan Elementary as an assistant principal. This is her 15th year in education and her fifth year in administration. Prior to administration, she was an instructional math coach and taught grades two, three and four. She is excited about supporting the community and school where her three daughters, Kinsley, Kamdyn, and Kollyns will attend. Mrs. Pesce’s favorite thing to do is to take trips and make memories with her family any chance she gets.
