Online Registration

Good Evening Nolan Families,

I am thrilled to be your new principal and cannot wait to meet your family. It is hard to believe that returning student registration for 2018-2019 will open tomorrow through our new website (new student registration begins July 16). It is our hope that the ease and convenience of online registration allows you to get the bulk of the paperwork completed prior to meeting your child’s teacher on August 3rd from 8:30-10:30 a.m. We anticipate online registration will take 30 minutes. You will need to gather two proofs of residency before you begin (residential utility bills within the past 60 days, residential title, lease or mortgage documents in the parent’s/guardian’s name). Please make a PDF copy of the document or take a picture of the document with your smartphone to upload onto the online registration system. Driver’s licenses are not accepted.

Students attending Nolan Elementary last year will have current information populated into the registration documents utilizing a “snap code” that was sent home at the end of last school year. If you have lost your snap code please email Alyssa Teal, Nolan’s secretary, or you may call (423) 498-7104.

After you complete registration, you will be given the opportunity to pay school fees and make a contribution to Mountain Education Foundation. MEF has committed to pay FIVE Nolan 2018-2019 teacher salaries: STEM, Art, Technology, Reading Invention, and Math Intervention. Thank you in advance for partnering with MEF to bring dynamic learning opportunities to Nolan students.

On August 3rd, come to Nolan to meet your teacher, pick up pre-ordered school supply kits, purchase Nolan spirit wear, join PTA, and sign up for multiple volunteer opportunities. It is going to be an exciting year!

Joyfully Serving Our Community,

Dr. Ashley Aldridge Wilson
