Welcome to Student Registration for the 2018-2019 School Year!

All student registrations for the 2018-2019 school year will now be completed online.*
*Incoming Kindergarteners who were registered in spring do not need to be re-registered online. 

The online registration window for returning students will begin on July 11, 2018; new student registration begins July 16, 2018. Online registrations must be completed by Thursday, August 2nd.

Parents of new and returning students can access the online registration application by going to the links provided below.

Orientation for new and returning students will occur on August 3rd from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Students can meet their teachers, and parents can sign up for volunteer opportunities, purchase PTA memberships and sportswear, and more!

Please note, there is a $65 school supply fee per student, which is paid directly to Nolan through our online system

REGISTERING NEW STUDENTS (begins July 16):

Parents of new students are required to upload two (2) proofs of residency, which may include a current lease or purchase agreement, utility bills, or other district-approved documentation reflecting the custodial parent’s name and the address within the Nolan zone.

All residency documentation and registration information will be reviewed and parents will be notified via email or phone if any additional information is needed. If there are residency questions, the school social worker may conduct home visits as needed to verify residency.

In addition to proofs of residency, parents will also upload copies of the student’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization records on the Tennessee form, and proof of a physical within the past year documented by your physician in the upper right hand corner of the Tennessee immunization form.

Once all of the registration information and uploaded documents are approved, new families may receive a Release of Records Form via email or on registration day to complete allowing us to request records from the previous school.

If a student received any type of special education or 504 services at their former school, we ask that parents please provide a copy of the student’s IEP, 504 plan, or any other supporting documentation.

To register a returning student, parents will complete the online registration application using the student’s specific SNAP Code following the direction provided. These SNAP Codes were sent home via your child during the last week of the 2017-2018 school year. If for some reason you did not receive your child’s SNAP Code, please email Mrs. Teal at teal_alyssa@hcde.org.
