Saturday, July 27 Nolan Campus Volunteer Work Day, 8:30-10amMeet at 8:30am to spruce up the campus & fellowship. We will be picking up sticks, spreading mulch, & planting flowers. Bring: extended family, gloves, rake, blowers, & water bottle. 
Friday, August 2 K-5 Meet Teachers and Registration Fair at Nolan ~ 8:30-10:30am1st-5th grade teacher reveal for pre-registered students, K-5 bring your child and self-tour Nolan, visit your child’s classroom & teachers, join PTA, shop new sportswear for monthly school spirit days, purchase a student directory, receive pre-ordered school supply kits, partner with MEF, sign up for before and after care (SACC), receive updated bus routes, pay $25 school fees, buy a birthday book for Nolan’s library in honor of your child on their birthday, kindergarteners confirm phase-in days, & learn about numerous volunteer opportunities.

Wednesday, August 7 First Day of School- 1st - 5th Graders, 8:40am – 3:40 pm, Doors Open: 8:15 amStudents who arrive before 8:15 must be enrolled in SACC and signed in at the back gym.
August 7 & 13 orAugust 8 & 14 Kindergarten Phase-In Days, please park & walk your child into the gymYour child will only come to school two of the four phase-in days.  Phase In Days: August 7 & 13 OR August 8 & 14August 9th- School Closed, Professional Learning Day for TeachersAugust 12th- Professional Learning Day for Kindergarten Teachers, 1st-5th graders attendPhase In ONLY~ Arrival: 9am and Phase-In Dismissal: 3pm Times are adjusted to make the arrival and dismissal experience smooth and more personalized during phase-in as new-to-Nolan families learn the routine. Lowering the teacher-to-pupil ratio will ensure that your child has a smooth transition into Kindergarten.

Friday, August 9 School Closed for Professional Development for All StaffKindergarten Teacher Assignments Announced:  Your child’s kindergarten teacher will contact you.
Monday, August 12 Kindergarten Parent Meeting, 5:30-6:30 pm ~ Please no children. This meeting will take place in your child’s homeroom class and is an important time where your child’s teacher will share about themselves, best ways to support your child’s growth, overview the kindergarten learning experience, and answer any questions.K-2 Book Buddy Volunteer Training ~6:30 pm  ~ Library
